Within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, items can be refunded, minus any shipping, installation and/or incidental fees, as long as:

1. It is in its original, brand new and resalable condition.
2. It has NOT been installed, altered nor damaged.
3. All of the originally included pieces are returned.
4. They are returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice.
5. 15% restocking fee will be applied.
6. Damaged and lost packages from transit will only be refunded/exchanged if optional shipping insurance is purchased. If this occurs please contact us right away so we can file the necessary claims.
7. If shipping insurance is not offered for a specific shipping method, buyer assumes all risks for losses and damages from shipping.
8. Buyer assumes responsibility for all installation and/or incidental fees.

To return an item, please contact us at Sales@FreshCabinAir.com with the following information:

- Order Number
- Reason for return (e.g. ordered incorrect item, item does not fit, etc.)
- If the item did not fit, please let us know your VIN and a detailed description of the fitting issue (e.g. connector plug has 3 pins, not 2) if you would like us to find an exchange that will resolve the fitting issue. If we are unable to provide you with an exchange that will resolve the fitting issue, then we will refund you.

Once we have the necessary information, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
